Vice President, Growth
Headshot of Ashley Tolub

Ashley, a dynamic leader with over 20 years of diverse experience, encompasses a unique blend of government consulting, business development, and project/program management.

Ashley’s professional journey unfolded at Capital One, where she worked in the Legal Department, supporting Mergers & Acquisitions during a transformative period for the financial industry and a pivotal time for Capital One marked by its acquisition of two major banks and transformation from a subprime lender to a formidable bank holding institution.

Her passion for meticulous planning led her to a small event planning firm, where she successfully executed over one hundred events annually. In 2009, Ashley made a pivotal shift to the Gov Con space, working with the DoD Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) and the U.S. Army (Army Wounded Warrior (AW2)), and Korean War 60 (KW60)) Organizations to plan and execute government conferences, events, and large-scale logistical movement plans. Here, she honed her love for checklists and connections, diving headfirst into business development and proposal management.

As Evans’ Vice President of Growth, Ashley’s responsibilities span across business development, strategic partnerships, developing long-term business growth strategies, expansion in new and existing clients/Agencies, and successful promotion of innovative client-focused solutions.

A Northern Virginia native, and a proud alumna of the University of Virginia (Go’Hoos!), Ashley’s personal life is as vibrant as her professional one. Ashley is deeply committed to community service – volunteering with the Salvation Army (National Capital Region), Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS), and the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC). She enjoys quality family time and travelling with her husband Jason and their two wonderful children, Lincoln and Morgan. Many of her favorite things include passionately supporting DC professional sports teams (for better or worse), dominating in Fantasy Football, entertaining, listening to Bruce Springsteen, eating cheese, making checklists, sorting laundry, and binging reality TV.

Ashley’s leadership philosophy:

“Effective leadership enables a shared journey of learning, listening, and inspiration.”
