My name is Ana Gross and I have been with Evans since 2005. I’ve seen the company grow from 6 employees to over 80+ employees. As the Office Manager, there are many jobs rolled into one so I rarely have a typical day. Sometimes I spend my time finding creative and humorous ways to communicate the many messages that need to go out, notify of upcoming deadlines, or just simply find a way to get employees to read my many emails! Other days I’m focused on benefit details, HR issues, or the ultra-emergency when we run out of coffee on a Monday. My favorite part of my job is meeting new people and getting to know each person’s story, especially how they found Evans. I’m also a photographer which involves documenting all our times in and out of the office. We always have fun and our photo albums are a great way to look back. I obviously love Evans as it is a truly great place to work with an amazing group of people.
